Creating a new Reservations agent
Introduction
Section titled âIntroductionâThe Reservations agent is a general purpose bot that answers FAQs based on documents uploaded to the portal and bound to a venue. It also takes reservations requests that can be managed via WhatsApp, email or the portal itself.
General configuration
Section titled âGeneral configurationâBot name
Name your bot something relevant to their role.
Main language
Similar to the AI agents for restaurants, choose a primary language for your bot.
System prompt
Write a system prompt to give your bot some personality and instruction about general behavior. Additionally, you can use the prompt we have written for you.
Voice configuration
Section titled âVoice configurationâSelect voice
Choose a voice from the drop-down list for your bot.
Add more languages
You have the option to add additional languages and corresponding voice as well.
