Activity
Everything your assistant handled: calls, chats and the summary of what each conversation was about.
Activity is where you see what your assistant actually did. Where the rest of the portal is about setting things up, this is the part you open every day.
It has three pages:

| Summary | One row per conversation with what the caller wanted, extracted from the call. |
| Calls | Every phone call, with its recording, its transcript and what came of it. |
| Chats | WhatsApp conversations, in a familiar two-pane chat view. |
Which one do I want?
Section titled “Which one do I want?”- Something went wrong on a specific call and you want to hear it → Calls, find it by date or by the caller’s phone number, and play the recording.
- You want to know what people are calling about this week → the tags on Calls, or the request types on Summary.
- A guest wrote on WhatsApp and you want to read the thread → Chats.
- You want numbers over time rather than individual conversations → Reports.
