Reports

Reports is where the reports prepared for your account live. Some are live dashboards you open in a new tab; others are documents — a PDF, a spreadsheet, a text document — that you download.

Each entry shows its name and an icon for what it is, so you can tell a dashboard from a spreadsheet before clicking.

Finding a report

A search box at the top of the page filters the list by name. With a handful of reports it is faster to read the list; with dozens, search.

Opening a report

Select a report and it opens: dashboards in a new tab, documents by download.

Note

Reports are put together by Bookline for your account, so the list is different from one customer to the next. If a report you need is not there, ask your contact at Bookline or write to soporte@bookline.ai.

Reports vs Activity

They answer different questions, and it is worth knowing which you want:

	Use
Activity	A specific conversation. What did the assistant say to this guest?
Reports	Figures over time. How many calls did we take last month, and how many became bookings?
