Templates on your channel

Install and manage the WhatsApp message templates your agent uses to start conversations.

WhatsApp requires every business-initiated message — reservation confirmations, reminders, satisfaction surveys, campaigns — to use a template pre-approved by Meta. Your agent can only send what is installed on the channel, so a freshly connected channel needs its templates installed before notifications can flow.

Open your WhatsApp channel and scroll to Template packs. The channel must be connected (Online) to manage its templates.

  • Add pack — install a template pack. Choose the pack, the version, and the languages to install; the templates are submitted to Meta for approval.
  • Installation progress — each pack shows its state (In progress / Completed) with the percentage of templates already approved by Meta. Approval usually takes from a few minutes to a few hours.
  • Used by product — packs marked as used by a product are the ones your agent is actively sending from.
  • Individual templates — templates that don’t belong to any pack and are managed separately.
  • Add single template — submit an individual template.

Unverified Meta business accounts can hold up to 250 templates; verifying your business with Meta raises the limit to 6,000. If you hit the limit, the portal will warn you — our support team can help you with the verification.

  • A pack stays below 100% for hours — one or more templates were rejected by Meta or are still pending. Open the pack to see the per-template state, or use the sync action to refresh it. If a template is rejected, contact support: rewording usually gets it approved.
  • The agent says a template is missing — make sure the pack used by your product is installed in the language of the recipient and fully approved.
