Read the WhatsApp conversations your assistant handled, in a two-pane chat view.

Activity → Chats shows the messaging conversations your assistant handled, laid out the way any chat app is: the list of conversations on the left, the selected conversation on the right.

Reading a conversation

Pick a conversation from the list and the thread opens beside it, oldest message at the top. Each message shows who sent it — the guest or the assistant — so you can follow the exchange the way the guest experienced it.

The header of the thread identifies who you are reading: the contact and the number they wrote from.

WhatsApp and Instagram

WhatsApp is the channel every account has. Where Instagram is enabled, a switch appears above the list to move between the two.
